She is survived by: her stepfather Victor Samuel "Jim" Hewitt; her children, Eric Salo and Adrianna Salo (Doug Terry); her grandchildren, Mikka Salo and Finn Salo; and her daughters-in-law, Alison Salo, Helen, Fleming Thomsen and Teri Scoles.
