He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Thomas Armstrong and Maxine Armstrong; his wife Joyce McKellar; his children, Brenda Radke (Russell), Lori Rutherford (Gord) and Blake Armstrong (Leslie); his grandchildren, Erin Radke-Hall (Oran), Tyler Radke, Devan Tuer (Dallas), Carleigh Parrell (Geoff) and Lane Armstrong (Meranda St Jean); his great grandchildren, Quinn Hall, Nora Tuer, Miles Tuer and Morris Parrell; his former life partner Anne Hall; his family, Dean and Vivian Hall; and his siblings, Rita Clare, Gary Armstrong (Gina), Bill Armstrong (Patt), Judy Goodkey and Janet Gregor. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
