He is survived by: his children, Silas Sweezey, Karsen Sweezey and Brooklyn Sweezey; his parents, Melina Sweezey and Darrell Sweezey; and his siblings, Zachery Sweezey, Canaan Sweezey and Shyla Sweezey (David). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
