He was predeceased by: his parents, Clare Outhwaite and Frances Outhwaite; and his siblings-in-law, Ray Neufeld and Jean Outhwaite. He is survived by: his siblings, Gary, Pat Neufeld and Marilyn McMillan; his siblings' children, Amanda Outhwaite, Cory Neufeld (Christine Potratz), Rana Neufeld (Terrance Schreiber), Terri Pickett (Dean Borek), Lonni Neufeld (Shane Lovell), Charlie McMillan and Nicole McMillan (Carman Mustard); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kyra Outhwaite, Dillon Outhwaite, Breanna Pickett, Kaden Pickett, Brynn Neufeld, Hailey Marion, Olivia Schreiber, Easton Schreiber and Rhianna McMillan.
