She was predeceased by: her parents, Stella McTavish and Archie McTavish; her husband Stuart McKay Beattie; her siblings, Glenn, Howard, Murray, Carson, Marnel and Mavis Parker; her son Robert Beattie (Bobby); and her grandson Lynden Beattie.

She is survived by: her sister Lois Srala; her sisters-in-law, Vernice McTavish and Maxine McTavish; her children, Randy Beattie (Eileen), Brenda Herman (Barry), Scott Beattie (Kathy) and Bonnie Pearson (Darcy); her daughter-in-law Pam Beattie; her grandchildren, Kristen Beattie, Jenna Beattie (Tyler), Jessie Lee Herman, Connor Herman, Kyle Beattie (Chantelle), Erin Walsh (Will), Bryce Beattie (Kirsten), Darian Beattie (Simone), Kaden Beattie, Brett Beattie (Ali), Brittany Pearson (Zack) and Riley Pearson; and her great grandchildren, Paisley, Grayson, Tucker, Thatcher, Olivia, Charlee and Daxton.
