He is survived by: his mother Connie; his wife Cheryl; his brother Kevin; his sister-in-law Güner; his nephew Cory Turner; his stepson Kyle Turner; his stepsister Mitsuko; his parents-in-law, Ed and Sheila; his siblings-in-law, Pat and Andy; his aunt Donna; his cousins, Jason, JoLane, Brenda and Madison; his nieces, Cheryl, Kate and Ellie; and his son Cory.
