In the vast expanse of eternity, Sjoerd shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Sjoerd farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He is survived by: his children, Veronica Friesen (John), Gina Murphy, John Boonstra and Vaughn Boonstra (Kim); and his siblings, Loek Boonstra (Riet), Jane Nieuwenhuis (John), Tina Boonstra and Clara Kouwenhoven (Dick).
