He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Jean and Roy Oliver Lowe; his great-great-grandparents, Henry and Adelaide Simpson; and his grandmother Beryl Lowe.
He is survived by: his former wife Marilyn Moore; his wife Priscilla; his children, Peter Lowe (Terri), Debbie Lowe and Jennifer Lowe (Collin); his stepchildren, Lara Katan (Nick) and Todd Vipond (Siobhan); his grandchildren, Melissa Lowe-Rice (Brendan), Christopher Lowe and William Lowe; his stepgrandchildren, Hayley Katan (Caleb), Kira Katan and Mairead Vipond; his cousins, Doreen Olson and Robin Lowe; Kerry Davis and Colleen Bates.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Peter Anglican Church (5800 Church Rd, Duncan, BC V9L5M3).
Donations in his memory would be appreciated by the Anglican Parish of St. Peter Quamichan or the Cowichan Historical Society (Donations directed to the Archives).
