He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Jean and Roy Oliver Lowe; his great-great-grandparents, Henry and Adelaide Simpson; and his grandmother Beryl Lowe.
He is survived by: his wife Priscilla; his children, Peter Lowe (Terri), Debbie Lowe and Jennifer Lowe (Collin); his stepchildren, Lara Katan (Nick) and Todd Vipond (Siobhan); his grandchildren, Melissa Lowe-Rice (Brendan), Christopher Lowe and William Lowe; and his stepgrandchildren, Hayley Katan (Caleb), Kira Katan and Mairead Vipond. He is also survived by Priscilla's step- children Kerry Davis and Colleen Bates. Also, cousins Doreen Olson and Robin Lowe.
