He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Thomson and Ethel Thomson; and his sister Doreen. He is survived by: his significant other Sandy; his children, Grant, Andrea (Rudy), Gordon (Claudia) and Angela; his grandchildren, Robyn (James), Brandon, Jack, Kiera, Jeevan, Isabella, Nishaa and Ivy; and his great grandchildren, Violet and Maguire.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 20th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the First Memorial Duncan Hall (375 Brae Rd, Duncan, BC V9L3T9).
In lieu of flowers, the family invites those wishing to honour George's memory to make a donation to a charity of their choice in his name.
