We are sad to announce that on August 29, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Joan Naherniak (Duncan, British Columbia). Family and friends can light a candle as a loving gesture for their loved one. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Bill Naherniak; her sons, Brian (Norah), Mark (Elaine) and Craig (Jacquie); her grandchildren, Adam, Eric, Drew and Danielle; her great grandchildren, Emma, Anna and Emmalee; her brother John (Gladys); and her nieces, Cynthia and Nathalie. She was also cherished by mother and grandmother, who loved her children and grandchildren.

A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 12th 2021 at 2:00 PM at the Valley Seniors Activity Centre (198 Government St, Duncan, BC V9L1A2).

In lieu of flowers, Joan's wishes were for people to consider a donation to the BC SPCA.
