He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward Tansley (Winifred Maude Beatty) and Michael; his former wife Elizabeth (Bannister); his son Paul; and his siblings, George (Jean) and Molly (Jack).
He is survived by: his wife Valerie; his son Shane; his grandchildren, Victoria of Duncan, Jane, James, John and Alanna of Winnipeg; and his siblings, Lindy (Dave), Richard (Sylvia) and Susan (Jerry) of Tulsa, OK.
In lieu of flowers a donation to a local charity of one's choice would be well thought of.
