It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma May Simmonds (Duncan, British Columbia), born in Nanaimo, British Columbia, who passed away on May 4, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Simmonds. She is survived by: her parents, Harry Bennetts and Jane Bennetts; her sons, David Simmonds and Ken; her grandchildren, Lindsay Ribeyre (Angie) of Langley, Hailey Ribeyre, Alyssa Ribeyre, Darian Clark and Andrew Clark of Melbourne; her sister-in-law Thelma Simmonds; her nephew Doug (Donna); and also, Darla Kempthorne (Geoff), Delaine Stuart (Mark) and Darcie Niedoba (Phil).

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
