It is with sadness that the passing of Sylvia Hunt (Duncan, British Columbia) is shared. Sylvia passed away on September 30, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Phillips and Lois Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Tony Hunt, Jeff Hunt (Janelle) and Meggan Oliver (Jason); the father of her children Richard Hunt; her grandchildren, Teagan, Griffin, Cooper, Ella, Benson, Rachel and Ava; and her siblings, Patrick Phillips (Anne), Eric Phillips (Joanne), Brian Phillips (Jane) and Jocelyn Bjornson (Derek).
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the St. Peter's Anglican Church (5800 Church Rd, Duncan, BC V9L5M3).
In lieu of flowers, donations to Cowichan Hospice would be appreciated.
