He was loved and cherished by many people including: the mother of his children Terry Kay Samel; his children, Tanya Conroy of Elkford, BC, Jamie Conroy (Chris) of Stettler, AB and Joey Conroy (Serena) of Irricana, AB.; his stepchildren, Amber Walker (Mark) of Red Deer, AB and Cody Halverson of Red Deer, AB.; his grandchildren, Georgia, Johnny, Thomas, Sawyer, Emerson, Emma and Liam; his great grandchildren, Mason and River; his sisters, Sharon Krawec of Edmonton, AB and Maryanne Pugh (Norman) of Drumheller, AB.; his brother-in-law Paul Huculak (AB As); his parent Gladys Irene Conroy; his fiancée Candy Tompkin; his niece Theresa Pugh; his siblings, Rose Roes, Elizabeth Huculak, Michael McGregor and Anthony McGregor (Margaret); his brother-in-law Tom Krawec; Kirk, Fred, Tim and Terry.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 7th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rosedale Hall (110 3 Ave S, Rosedale, AB T0J2V0).
