It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alma Atherton (Fernie, British Columbia), who passed away on February 21, 2026, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Phylis Atherton and Bert Atherton; her sister Doreen Lozza; and her nephew Jimmy Lozza. She is survived by: her brothers, Bill and Tim Atherton; her nephew Tom Lozza; her niece Linda Pryhitko; Alice Heaton, Terri Filek, Sharon Gleason and Alma.
