He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie McIntosh and Nelson McIntosh; his sister Isabel; and his brother-in-law Ewald. He is survived by: his children, Adam (Terry), Corey, Christopher (Nick) and Lacey (Tania); his grandchildren, Sterling, Adalynn and Jax; and his siblings, Larry McIntosh (Georgina), Robbie McIntosh (Dalilah), Jackie McIntosh, Shirley (Matthew), Zuffa, Audrey, Barbara McIntosh, Carol Anderson (Ken) and Armond. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
