She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kotek and Yarmilla Kotek (Musil); her husband Cliff; and her siblings, Myrtle "Midge", Frances, Lillian and Stanley "Chappy".
She is survived by: her children, Irene, Cindy Petkau (Sean) and Vance Letcher (Shelly Ann Polovelnikoff); and her siblings, Vera Ranson, Rosemarie Ebbinghoff (August) and Vladimer "Laddie" Kotek. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
