He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Decker and Virtue Decker (Pardy); his wife Lilly May (Ricketts); and his brothers, Hazen, Selby and Morris.
He is survived by: his children, Roger Decker (Patsy), Brian Decker (Jo-Ann) and Joy Mackenzie (Shayne); his grandchildren, Bradley, Tyler, Mike, Jeff, Jonathan and Jordan; his great grandchildren, Isabella, Sawyer, Penelope and James; and his siblings, Mundon (Velma), Graham (Mary), Jessie Daisy and Florence Rice. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
