He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrea Caldwell and Fred Caldwell. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his son Kurtis (Emily); his granddaughter Cleo; and his sister Sherry (Albert). He is also survived by cousins, in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
