He is survived by : his wife Catharina; his sons, John (Charlene), Pieter (Marina) and Fitzgerald (Toni); his grandchildren, Christopher, Curtis, Ryan, Zachary, Benjamin, Cassandra, Rylee and Jaydon; and his great grandchildren, Eric, Leon, Connell, Zoey, Keelyn and Reyna.
