It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Ashmore (Fernie, British Columbia), who passed away on December 10, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Wilfred; her son John David; her parents, John and Margaret; and her siblings, Everett, Stan, Alice and Violet.

She is survived by : her grandchildren, Amanda Bruintjes (Matt), Ryan and Randy Teeple; and her great grandchildren, Jaden, Noah and Paisley. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
