He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeanne Liggett (McIntosh) and Donald Ross Liggett; and his sister Jan Liggett. He is survived by: his children, Ross Liggett (Kelly Liggett) and Brit Liggett (Mike Cadoux); and his grandchildren, Rhys, Henry, Elsie and Margaux.

Keith was a regular contributor to the Whitefish Review, worked tirelessly and truly believed in the Zincton project, taught skiing in Fernie for years and used his journalistic pass for nearly his entire skiing career until he wrote an article during the pandemic which had his pass revoked.
