Vera Colley Obituary

We announce the death of Vera Colley (Fernie, British Columbia), who passed away on July 4, 2026, at the age of 87. Vera will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vera Savage and James Percy Savage; her husband Alfred Colley; her stepfather Albert Roberts; her brothers, Alan and John; and her great grandchild Joshua Anthony Edward Colley.

She is survived by: her children, Glynn Colley, Nigel Colley (Jo-anne), Anthony Colley (Lesley) and April Atherton (Wayne); her grandchildren, Cera Atherton, Christopher Atherton (Haley), Tony Barry, Michael Colley (Victoria), Jenn Warlow (Mike), Steven Colley (Jenna-Lynn) and Kris Colley (Amy); and her great grandchild Théoden James Alfred Atherton. She is also survived by loving extended family and many friends.
