He was predeceased by : his father Jerome Mellon. He is survived by : his mother Donna Lynn Victoria Billy (Jarome Sr.); his siblings, Jerome J. Mellon Jr. and Theresa; his niece Sue Jean Wallace Deshasies; his aunts, Patricia Brown (Neil) and Susan Mellon (Doug); and his great-uncles and great-aunts, Robert, Richard Billy, Barbara Charlie and Sally Nahanee.
