He was predeceased by: his son Randall Barry Smith; his sister Judith Rochon; and his parents, Robert Smith and Rose Mary Smith. He is survived by: his wife Annabelle Jackson of Gibsons; his children, Holly Hamilton (Ronald) of Rainy River and Brad Smith (Julie) of Cobourg; his niece Nicole Naylor; his nephew Troy Rochon; and his grandchildren, Renee Murray, Ryan Smith, Ashley Smith, Koral Hamilton, Derek Hamilton, Stephanie Woodward, Katie Smith and Michael Smith. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren and a couple great-great grandchildren.
