He is survived by : his mother Katie; his sister Chrissy; and also Rail.
Phil is survived by his Wife Colleen, Daughter Paige, Furry Son Dexter Walter, Father in law Art, Sister Chrissy, Brother Percy, Nephews Shane and Michael, special girls Gillian and Lauren and lots of other extended family.
