He is survived by: his granddaughter Kenzie; his sons, Christopher (Tanya), Matthew (Karmela), Brandon and Andrew; his grandchildren, Payton and Caeden; his siblings, Gord (Brenda), Pat (Wendy), Ray (Carol), Wayne, Gary (Colleen), Barb, Bev (Blaine) and Jo; his uncle Ron; his cousin Justin; and the mother of his children Colleen. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, siblings, as well as his many friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Golden Rockets and Golden Minor Hockey in his name, if desired.
