She was predeceased by: her husband Reino Tikkanen. She is survived by: her daughters, Arja Wiebe (Bob) of Vernon, Liisa Nielsen (John) of Abbotsford, Leena Lautrup (Laurie) and Seija Relling (Bruce) of Golden. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren; two sisters and a brother in Finland and a brother.
