He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Willeta Bay (Hicks); his siblings, Doug, Elmer, Dorothy, Jack, Leonard, Loren and Jean; his children, Gary and Sharon; his wife Lillian Bay (Chahley); his sons, Rod (Nina), Rick and Greg (Jen); his great grandchildren, Shelby (Greg), Bradley (Emma), Kyra (Dan), Ashley (Devon), Breanna (Mike), Kaitlyn and Annabella; his friend Milley; his close friend Bob Rasmussen (Rastus); Dorothy. He was also cherished by 7 grandchildren.
