With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Barbara Ann Sharrers of Hope, British Columbia, born in Lamont, Alberta, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Barbara Ann left this world on November 29, 2025 at the age of 89, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Barbara Ann is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Barbara Ann's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her husband Dan. She is survived by: her sons, Matt (Lynne) and Jay; and her grandchildren, Sydney, Cierra, Ella, Jaime, Landon and Darien.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Hope Rec Center (1005 6 Ave, Hope, BC V0X1L4).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Fraser Canyon Hospice Society would be appreciated.
