Elizabeth Slaney Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elizabeth Slaney of Houston, British Columbia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 24, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Etchegary and Mary Etchegary; her parents-in-law, Alonzo and Pauline Slaney; her brother Kevin; her sisters-in-law, Vera and Paula; and her nephew Brad.
She is survived by: her husband Leo; her children, Sheldon (Amy), Shane (Danielle) and Kelly (Brian); her siblings, Anna (Terry), Mary (Sandy) and Joe (Beatie); her grandchildren, Andrew (Meaghan), Cole (Heidi), Maddie (Reid), Liam and Lauryn; and her great grandchild Kacey.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Anthony's Catholic Church (2001 Riverbank Dr, Houston, BC V0J1Z0).
