Alex Makortoff Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alex Makortoff of Kamloops, British Columbia, who passed away on June 7, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Makortoff and Mary Makortoff; and his brothers, Cyril and Phil. He is survived by: his wife Nora; his children, Sharon Salik (David), Penny Makortoff and Daniel Makortoff; his daughter-in-law Lorann Makortoff; his brother-in-law Paul Pereverzoff; his grandchildren, Rylan Makortoff (Eva), Peter Ritchie (Keyanna), Drew Makortoff (Michelle), Alexa Ritchie, Dustyn Makortoff and Han Ritchie (Alex); his great grandchild Scarlett; and his siblings, Fred, George (Jan) and Marie Stewart.
