We are sad to announce that on May 18, 2021, at the age of 92, Barbara Olsen (Kamloops, British Columbia), born in Beiseker, Alberta passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Stan; her son Bob; her grandson Brennan Comazzetto; her siblings, Albina Schissel, Polly Corry, Frank, Nick, Ray and Tony Schmaltz; and her parents, Andrew Schmaltz and Katharina Schmaltz.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley Gallant (Boyd), Doug (Marian) and Dorothy Barron (Stan); her daughter-in-law Terry Olsen; her grandchildren, Brant, Kendra Olsen (Brian Gillespie), Jeff Gallant (Cristin), Krista Ramsey (Steve), Meghan, Mitchell Olsen (Mel), Payton Comazzetto (Brett Nagy), Melissa Hamm and Teresa Grant (Pat); her great grandchildren, Madison, Makaela Gallant, Emelia, Brooke Olsen, Jack, Alex Grant and Jace Hamm; and her siblings-in-law, Vera Schmaltz of Beiseker, AB and Ernie Corry of Calgary, AB..
