He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Hendricks and Frances Hendricks. He is survived by: his daughter Jamie Lee of Sudbury, ON; and his siblings, Paul (Johanna) of Kamloops, BC, Donna (Dean) of Chase, BC and Lezlee of Surrey, BC. He is also survived by numerous nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins.
