It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Daniel James Carson in Kamloops, British Columbia, who passed away on June 2, 2025, at the age of 27, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Vern, Barb Carson and Larry Gulak; and his aunt Candice Winter. He is survived by: his parents, Lisa Carson and Mike Carson; his brother Matthew; his pet Bentley; his grandmother Eileen Gulak of Yorkton; his cousins, Rachel, Madison and Liam; his uncle Neil Gulak; his aunt Chris Carson of Prince George; and his cousin Alex Carson of Calgary. He is also survived by family, Danny leaves behind many close friends.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Kamloops Funeral Home (285 Fortune Dr, Kamloops, BC V2B2H7). Given his talents with computers, animation, and design, it seemed natural for Dan to choose to attend BCIT after he graduated from high school; unfortunately, when the pandemic forced the Burnaby campus to shut down, Danny returned home and never completed his final semester.
