He was predeceased by: his parents, Zelma Maier (Horst) and Alex Giles (Freida); and his brother Fred (Sandy). He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Allison Konrad, Stephanie Konrad, Teresa Maier (James) and Brant Maier; his grandchildren, Jade, Deegan, Shain, Raina, Jayne and Olivia; and his sister Marcella. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
