He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Allen and Marlene Allen; and his sister Kimberly Veitch. He is survived by: his daughter Chelsea Allen (Bill Shelley); and his sister Karen Chamberlain (Dale). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephew.
