He was predeceased by : his parents, William and Nellie; and his sister Helen Wasnik. He is survived by : his children, Amanda Quayle of Regina, Saskatchewan and Benjamin Chobater of Kamloops, BC; his grandsons, Barrett and Seth Quayle; and his siblings, Joyce Nadeau of Logan Lake, BC and Dennis Chobater (Joanna) of Victoria, BC. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Family and friends so wishing may make donations, in memoriam, to the Hospitals of Regina Foundation for the Palliative Home Care Program, 1874 Scarth Street, Regina, SK, S4P 4B3.
