She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Hartt and Anne Hartt; her stepdaughter Darcy; and her brother Ray. She is survived by: her husband Keith Hinter; her children, Chandie, Daniel, Krista (Clint), RJ and Mathew; and her brothers, Doug (Cristina), John (Janet) and Loyde. She is also survived by grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the North Shore Community Center (730 Cottonwood Ave #452, Kamloops, BC V2B 8M6).
In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made to the SPCA in Fran's honour.
