He is survived by: his wife Karen Lamb; his children, Colette Smith (Doug), David Levesque (Dale Campbell), Carolyn Levesque, Connie Lamb and Kathleen Lamb; and his grandchildren, William Lamb, Josh Levesque, Spencer Velez, Victoria Marlow and Caitlin Velez. He is also survived by his extended family, friends.
