He is survived by: his wife Nellie Vielvoye Wagner; his brother Dennis Wagner Vancouver (Anna); and his children, Katrina Hogaboam Kelowna (Lane), Jamie Wagner Portland Oregon (Candice), Steven Wagner Kamloops and Angela Miller Kamloops (Dave).
