He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Leo and Veronica; his significant other Wanda Meade; his siblings, Joe, Tammy Allaire (Brock), Belinda (Joe) and Leona (Martin); his nieces and nephews, Austin, Carington (Kieran), Kyle, Tyler (Trista), Izabella and Brayden; his children, Chris and Tim; and his close friend Russ Laughy (Sandra O'Neill). He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, and other extended family.

A funeral Mass was held on Friday, March 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church (635 Tranquille Rd, Kamloops, BC V2B3H5).
