He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Dowkes and Bertha Dowkes; his siblings-in-law, Les and Ethel Foster; and his sisters, Joy Hauser (John), Hazel Roos (Eric) and Elsie Dowkes.
He is survived by: his wife Rosanna; his sister Gloria Winstanley (Ernie); his brother-in-law Mike Foster (Linda); his children, Tom Dowkes, Andreena Wiggins (Rob) and Kevin Dowkes (Stacy); and his grandchildren, Ashley, Amanda, Samantha, Benjamin, Olivia and Keira. He is also survived by many many nieces, nephews, great and great great nephews and nieces.
