He was predeceased by: his children, David and Sheryl; his parents, Joseph and Ida; and his siblings, Sadie, Vic, Emil and Linda.

He is survived by: his wife Lee; his son Shane; his daughter-in-law Catharine; and his brothers, Roy, Adolph, Joe and Andy.

Instead, our family asks that he be remembered through donations made to an organization of your choice conducting research into Parkinson's or Alzheimer's disease, cancer research, to the RIH Foundation, or to wilderness conservation.
