He is survived by: his sister Gay Carter; his children, Mickey, Brenda, Jacquie, John and Jaicey; and his grandchildren, Kevin, Trevor McLean, Kristin, James Pedersen, Devlyn, Chelan, Teryn Forman, Travis, Victoria, Kimberly Smith and Alexis Forman.
