He was predeceased by: his children, Daniel James Hazell and Diane Gail Lee (Hazell). He is survived by: his son Dan; his grandchildren, Richard James Hazell, Sherry Diane Hazell (Troy Wurm), Michael William Lee (Jill Dunn) and Chelsea Nicole Lee (James Colley); and also, Lilah Hazell and Tom Lee.
