He is survived by: his wife Rosemary; his children, Bonnie Butler, Cheri Leil and Lance Rinehart; his sister Linda Martin; and his brother-in-law Bernard Fox. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and many extended family members and dear friends.
