It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Marie Payne (Kamloops, British Columbia), born in Vancouver, British Columbia, who passed away on October 5, 2019, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Ron Halicki; her stepdaughter Angela Bowman (Arthur); her sibling's children, David Payne (Becky) and Angie Payne; and her grandchildren, Xander, Cali, Madison and Khloe Payne.
