John Strecheniuk Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Strecheniuk of Kamloops, British Columbia, who passed away on May 5, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Strecheniuk to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Sergie and Anna; and his siblings, George, Bill, Eula and Vera.

He is survived by: his wife Birdie-Ann Strecheniuk; his children, Joan, Terry, Shelley, Spencer and Vernon; his grandchildren, Darby and Gregory; his great grandchildren, Darby Jr., Tanaya and Destiny; and his siblings, Marie, Jean, Fred, Sarge and Peter. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.

When the Covid pandemic resulted in restricted family visitation, they all became family to him and he spent his last moments in their loving care.
