She was predeceased by: her father Bob Evert. She is survived by: her children, Jenny Bell (Johnny), Tonya Sams (Quinto) and Jesse Hlushko; her grandchildren, Colten, John, Olive and Ozzy; her mother Kathy Evert; and her siblings, Tom Evert (Brenda) and Janet Hobbs (Mark).
